Hermes OS offers a 14-day trial. No card, no UPI mandate and no payment detail is collected at signup. Signing up creates your account and starts the trial; nothing is charged, because there is nothing stored to charge against.
Before any money moves you will be asked to authorise payment, and told the amount in advance. If you do not authorise it, the trial simply ends and you are not billed. There is no silent charge when the trial expires.
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month.
If you are billed in error — charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged while the service was unavailable to you — contact us and we will refund it in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
For annual plans, you may request a pro-rated refund of the unused portion within 7 business days of the initial charge.
Model inference already consumed on your behalf is a real cost we have already paid to the provider, and is not refundable. Your spend cap bounds this: it is visible in the dashboard and is the maximum that can be spent.
Email the support address on the company details page from your account email, with the date and amount. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 calendar days.
